Shipping and Returns Information Shipping rates are calculated live from UPS or US Postal Service websites. It is based on the address you give, our warehouse location, and the weight of your order. When ordering online, you will have a chance to review your shipping charges BEFORE you enter your payment information. UPS Shipping 99% of orders are shipped the next business day. Shipping rates are calculated live from the UPS website. There are several options available: UPS Ground for standard orders within the contiguous US, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Three Day Select are also available. UPS Ground shipping is based on UPS Ground delivery within the contiguous states. Please note: UPS can not deliver to P.O. boxes. Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D. On the rare occasion that an item may be backordered, we will contact you and those items will be shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges.
Returns We know that one disadvantage to purchasing items on the web is the lack of a way to return them easily if necessary. Well, Nature's Choice Essentials has taken the headache out of returns! You may return any unused product in its original condition to us within 30 days. The original shipping fees are not refundable, unless, of course, you are returning merchandise we shipped in error. 4 Simple Steps for Returning Items (US Only) Package up the return. (The original shipping box can be used as long as you remove the old label.) Either call or e-mail us and let us know the specific item(s) you are returning so we can estimate weight. We will send you a prepaid UPS shipping label to put on the package. Put the tag on the package and drop it off at ANY UPS authorized shipper. That's it! Your refund will be issued to the same credit card the purchase was originally made on when we receive the package. If you sent in a check, we will issue your refund via a check. Damaged Goods We will handle the problem to your satisfaction! If the carton looks damaged upon receipt from UPS, please inspect the contents before the driver leaves or call UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS to file a claim. If your claim does not involve UPS, please give us a call at 1-800 355-9059 (toll-free) or e-mail and we will work with you to take care of the situation via a replacement or refund.
